We take great care in shipping our chocolates to insure that you receive the same quality product that you would in our stores. Due to the delicate nature of our fine chocolates we must adhere to the following shipping guidelines:   - We ship only within the United States.   - Packages are insulated and filled with gel ice as needed.   - All orders shipped to PO Boxes must be made by phone.   - We cannot ship on weekends or holidays.   - Online orders are shipped via UPS and must arrive by Fridays to avoid sitting over the weekend.   - Shipping and handling charges are generated at checkout according to UPS standard rates.   - Modes of shipping are as follows:         - Next Day Air – Ships Monday thru Thursday.         - 2nd Day Air – Ships Monday thru Wednesday.         - Ground – Ships Monday and Tuesday (also Wednesday for Texas destinations).         - Wiseman House does not ship packages on Fridays   - Ground service may not be available in all states. If so, option will be offered at checkout.   - Orders made after 9am CST will be shipped out the following business day, according to the shipping      schedule above. Warm Weather Shipping - Warm weather shipping applies to any product shipped during the time period of April 15th – October 31st. - We must ship Next Day or Second Day Air to destinations outside of Texas and Oklahoma. Shipping    destinations inside Texas and Oklahoma will receive the Ground option. - Our products are packed with ice packs to keep the chocolates at a reasonable temperature during    shipping. GROUND SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES RETURNS We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase (see Our Promise). If for any reason you are not satisfied, please mail your shipment back to us within 10 days of receipt along with a letter stating your specific concern for a prompt refund or replacement.
